From international stars to local favorites, musicians from traditions around the world come to play and sing Albanian, Bulgarian, Romany (Gypsy), Macedonian, Serbian, Greek, Turkish, Hungarian, Scandinavian, Klezmer, Ukrainian, and Georgian music, among others. Enjoy hours of beautiful and energetic music, unusual rhythms, and mouth-watering Balkan and Middle Eastern refreshments. Dancing is encouraged. 

Bop to a brass band, chill to a quiet set of songs, or shop for handcrafts and get a henna tattoo at the Charshiya.

The celebration begins Friday night with a dance workshop from 7:30-8:45 and live music until 12:30 am, and resumes at 6 pm Saturday with five simultaneous music stages not winding down until early Sunday morning.
